How do you get the floors flat ?

Its known in the industry that 3 head grinders cut the floor with a concave motion, following depressions and hollows that make the floor wavy. Perfect for salt and pepper finish’s. If you’re after a flat floor our 1500 8 head machine, with its 1.5 meter wide cutting head levels the floor flat for those grind to stone applications. With important grinding techniques we are able to produce a flat calm lake effect for maximum reflectivity on your floor.

What is coated concrete ?

Coated concrete is the same process as grinding for polishing but with the polished process replaced with a coating of sorts. Either epoxy, sealer, resin or hygienic.

Can you repair old broken concrete ?

Yes, it is possible to make some terrible looking floors like new again
